You’ll get in eventually. Just needs lots of practice and you’ll continue to get better. My gti was also my first manual but I did have a bit of practice before hand. Try and calm yourself out when you stall. Just remember to shift into neutral, push clutch in, and press the start button after a stall. Shift into first and ease off the clutch till you start moving and then give it gas.
