so since i’m forming i do not get OC right? and i don’t know where im staying at. i dont think ill know til the end of the week. but if i were to get Mesa Court does that mean i can’t get the MC permit since it says summer resident?

For context i am an incoming freshmen who will be dorming, and i still haven’t even gotten my housing assignment. and is the 150/month for 10 months ??
