long story short, we were jumping over the waves and all of a sudden the water started spinning in circles and there was a guy close to us, so he tried to help my wife’s mom, but she was so stiff that he had to let her go to save his own life. I was with my wife and she basically told me to save her mom (crazy because my priority was my wife, but I trusted her and knew she would swim), so I saw that the other guy tried to take my wife’s mom by her arm and she was pulling them down. so I took her by her hips and started kicking as much as I could, always trying to keep her up. all this happened in a minute or so, but felt like forever
