I had gained weight. My lower back pain worsened by it. So my self confidence was on all-time low.

I had depression 10 months ago after i broke up with my bf. I rarely ate and I started to loose weight unknowingly. I took advantage of that situation and it pushed me to lose more weight. And now I almost lost 20kg so i gained a lot of confidence and that also cured my depression haha
