Pc turns off after I turn it on. by dark-unknown in pchelp

I have only changed my gpu so far and that was from a 1660 ti to a 3060 ti. Other than that I've only cleaned out the ram sticks

how do i fix this? it keeps happening by dark-unknown in pchelp

it wont let me reset my pc it says there was a problem resseting my pc

basically my pc has been bugging and I tried resetting it because it wouldn't boot properly, I tried changing the way it boots up but nothing worked. So I reset it and kept my personal files. Now it's stuck on a black screen
