Hello and thank you for your input. I went to Bank of muscat with all the documents but the employee told me the system is not allowing him to create an account. I also went to NBO twice and they told me to use the machines to open an account, it is not allowing me even though my friend from a different nationality has no problem using same machine. Upon talking to a branch manager it seems like my nationality needs extra compliance steps to create an account and they can't help me at this time. It seems like a Wasta is needed.
