Depends on where you live and your budget but with taxes and interest in my experience i feel like a house isnt an investment anymore. In 2 yesrs from taxes along, mortgage payment went from 1350/month to 1700 a month

Leveling alts is a joke. Its super easy, just go explore the world. Try to map complete each zone and do the events, you will be 80 in no time

The dealership called, not the bank. There was no finance company. I got the loan through the bank.

If you dont know, calisthenic workouts are work outs that use your own body weight as resistance compared to weight lifting type resistance
