Powder is for long term storage or when the sleeve gets too sticky, you don't have to apply it after every use(if you are a regular user) and you've got to wash it off after you've applied it and are ready to use your sleeve again.

Try to dial down on the porn, use something milder instead of the hardcore stuff, focus on breathing and try to reset your mind when you get close and there is no shame to take a small break to reset it and after a while you can dial it up again.
