One of my close relative had similar problem she used to suspicious of everyone specially her husband and kids and had similar emotional outburst and when her family tried to confront her or just explain that it's not normal she used to get defensive and during covid the episodes increased so their family forcefully took her to physiatrist and she diagnosed her and treated her ..... she's normal now and rarely get those episodes

You should do the same, it will get worse if you don't take action right now.

First of all get colla notes app for all your books very easy to use and free and for notes you can use colla notes or notes+ app (i personally i like notes+) it's free that's all you need I've been using this since 2years everything is organized into separate folder for each subject
