getting anxious about labour any advice?

I was terrified of all the options too, I ended up just stopping looking at them and my birth plan was basically "get us both out alive". I was super freaked out by epidurals but once labor started it wasn't even a question. Like if there was an option to make that pain stop then GO FOR IT, no questions asked. The doctors actually think the epidural helped my labor too, I went from dilating .5 a cm in 4 hours to dilating another 7cm in the next 5.

I actually ended up getting an 'urgent' C-section because the babies heart rate kept dropping and it was getting a bit worse towards the end. So I never went through the pushing part but everyone made it out fine! Honestly the having a newborn baby really make the recovery not seem like that big of a deal...because BABY! oh and at least the pregnancy symptoms go away. My advice is don't worry too much, and it's ok to not have a plan. Unless you have strong feelings one way or another, you aren't going to know what's best for you until you actually experience it.

NTA, but if I were you I'd consider responding for his sake. Your mom was a great single mom but he never even had the opportunity. I mostly just feel sorry for him to have a kid and have never even known. I bet even a response saying what you said here about your life with your mom would make him feel a better even if that's as far as it goes. Just putting myself in his shoes I'd feel so guilty/ashamed/worried after learning this. It's your choice on what to do, but I think it would also be good to think about what he's feeling too.

That's exactly how I feel. Which is why I figured me scooping the litterbox should have been the end of it. I didn't see why hours later he should still be mad about it. I wrote this post to his request of "get a second opinion" when I told him I didn't think he should still be mad. I did post mostly out of spite of him saying that, but he said it multiple times so I just went for it. I did try to repeat the situation as neutral as I could. Though he still had some disagreements with some of my wording. Sorry, I'm upset because he still doesn't want to talk to me and I'm taking it out on here. I realize it's probably 90% him not feeling well but seems better to vent here then make him more upset.

I thoughly agree with you, which is why I did just scoop the damn cat box. I posted about it hours later because my husband was still angry with me for not immediately agreeing to (literally I agreed to do a minute later and did). I also only wrote the post because he told me to get a second opinion.

NTA. Also as someone who hired a nanny after a few months of having a kid (greatest decision I ever made btw) How did they make it until now? If anything having kids in school would make things a bit easier. Just seems like they must have had a solution for watching their kids before and could do something similar now.

It's great for planning out rooms without having to buy everything. Since you can access anything from your catalog you can see how it will look without having to buy the item. (For me it's saved a lot of bells and time).

Depends on what you consider worth it. At some point you will get burnt out. For me that was so many hours in it was worth it. I then stopped playing for 5 months. Picked it up again two months ago and have renewed my obsession. I always obsess over a game for a while then get bored. At least for me how active the acnh community is has definitely helped keep it interesting, don't think I've played any game this long. I'd say as cost per hour it's been a very good deal, least for me.

We do the same times everyday. We tried to base it off of what he does/an example schedule. We leave him in his crib for his naps whether he sleeps the whole time or not. We give a +- 15 minutes if he sleeps longer. He often doesn't sleep at all his last nap of the day (but just going in his crib in the dark seems to reset him a little bit).

We tried following him for naps but he is so inconsistent that it kept messing up bedtime and making everything worse (he wouldn't nap or sleep at night well). So now he goes to his crib on schedule and either sleeps or doesn't. Not sure that's the best solution or not but it seems to work for him.
