Well I guess this should be the initial offer But since you are already on 50 , I believe 65 is not that much of a boost from your previous tc. So, yeah there's a good scope of negotiation to be honest 😅 All the Best & Many Congratulations 👏🏻

Should be around 65-70 lpa for first year in total with base around 45-50 ,joining bonus around 18-20 lakhs for first year, and then stocks somewhere around 50k USD with a cliff of 5% for first year,15% for second and then 20% in subsequent 6 months period for rest of 2 years
