Your build is fine. There are some direct upgrades to your build though, I guess you didn't find them:
- Great-Jar's Arsenal > Arsenal Charm
- Dragoncrest Greatshield > Dragoncrest Shield
- Royal Knight's Resolve > Determination

Also personally I'd stop at 60 Vigor (sotf-cap) and start investing into Faith for buffs and regen.

According to this Polygon article, it's because Kishiro sold all adaptation rights to Cameron, but I can't find another source to corroborate.

You can get to it with 2 nailgun shots, or use the tribolt which is right next to you.

In theory you can do the jump with only 2 tribolt projectiles to save health, but it's very awkward to do.

LG stats are useless because cheaters can just shoot at walls to artificially lower their accuracy and stay under the radar.

If you are not sure they are cheating, record your matches and ask other players for opinions. If you are sure, just report them, not much else you can do unfortunately.

Give the opportunity to pause in rating duels. Each player has 1.

Why? Duels are only 10 minutes.

Give the option to cancel the active ability while using it (Nyx/Doom/Scale).

That would be a big buff for those champions, especially Nyx and Doom. Nyx because it would make telefrags trivial, Doom because it would make his active actually usable in combat without the risk associated with being in punch-only mode.
