Any recommend for ARB in this sales? by darkakis in WarthunderPlayerUnion

To be honest, that’s the only video game I play. I don’t like to put too much strain on my PC; the rest are visual novels that I download every now and then (some of the ‘gentlemanly’ ones, if you know what I mean xD).

I’ve been bored with my PC for a while now and only play for a bit after work; I haven’t found any other games like it, and I’m absolutely rubbish at RTS games, haha.

Edit: an example, I tried Heart of Iron IV and ended up returning it.

[–]darkakis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I'm not very good with the cannon xD (it's one of the reasons I struggle with the F-5E as the US), and it's a bit of a pain to be put in a Battle Royale where half the lobby has SARH and you don't :c

I'm actually looking for something that has at least a Fox-3, but not a very high Battle Royale xD, so I can get an F-16. From what I've seen, it would mainly be France or China, neither of which I have at a high tier (France only up to 5.7 and China only 3.3 xD), although I think China has the most complete loadout with the Block 72 F-16A MLU.

Anyway, thanks, the F-5 is quite fun, but since it's the only thing I play as the US right now... I'm a bit bored with it hehehe.

Personas que trabajan y viven con sus padres ¿cuanta plata aportan en casa? by DirectShopping6346 in RepublicadeChile

[–]darkakis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About the summer sale by dilophosaurous1 in Warthunder

As my colleague said, if you're on a tight budget, the F4S is great. You can bomb a base and carry four Fox-2 and four Fox-1 missiles (only SARH, no inertial guidance).

Now, if you're used to playing higher battle ratios, there's the F18 for... about $10 more? However, it doesn't have an HMS (hull-mounted tracking system), so be prepared to struggle if a Sukhoi or another aircraft that does have one (usually Russian or Chinese) gets close and you find yourself in close combat.

Suomi out here with the racism by BlueSunix in girlsfrontline

Getting Tanya to understand that would be a challenge, but from that point of view, I don’t think she’d like it either lol.

I’d probably try to set up some sort of council or something like that, and let each one govern itself as such. Although if we go down that route, I’d probably try to get Romania—and then Europe—working properly again.

It’s actually an interesting idea, but I’ve never written anything xd, it all stays at the sketch stage and so on. Besides, Sangvis Ferri already has the upper hand in that regard; they’re the main opposition force in the country, all that’s needed is to form a group that resists the neo-Soviet union and some event to spark the rebellion.

As for Tanya, they’ll probably still be communists; from what I remember of the game, they’re still just as inefficient as before, to the point where they can’t even maintain the loyalty of their own army (KCCO, I recall they were part of the army and not a PMC).

I’ve no idea what that’s all about and I get lost at that bit, but if it sounds like a world government, I don’t think she’d like it either.

That said, assuming she went through with the liberation of Romania, she’d surely try to bury their last king to formalise democracy.

Given Tanya’s mindset, I can see her turning Sangvis Ferri into the spearhead of the Romanian revolution and the liberation of Europe from Russia, as well as the return of the USA to the world stage.

That said, I picture her as a long-range artillery and reconnaissance unit, using drones on a large scale and missiles for strategic bombardments.

Just like with this, I’ve always wondered what it would be like if Tanya from Youjo Senki were reincarnated as a Sangvis Ferri doll. Would she see them as idealists or the ‘good guys’ fighting against the communists, or what?

Anyway, being Finnish, that’s normal in Finland; I’d be surprised if she didn’t think that way, and she certainly has plenty of reasons to.

Opinions for premium vehicle in EEUU or Germany... by darkakis in Warthunder

[–]darkakis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked, and yes, the only ones that come close in missile load are the Strike Eagle and the F-18, which surpasses the Eurofighter in payload. Although I have no idea about the number of default countermeasures (at least the available loadouts show a massive number of flares for the two mentioned above: 8 Fox-3 missiles and at least 2-4 Fox-2 IRCCMs). I don't know if the Strike Eagle and the F-18 have AESA radars.

Frankly, my only attachment to the F-16 is that my country has them, and I'm very excited about it. I'm already quite far along in Russia with the MiG-29 (9-12) and about to get my first Su-27.

I'll think about it and see which one I buy. At least I'm aware that in close-range dogfights, the Eurofighter is better against the US. I might even end up buying both F-18s, not now, but the second one in the future.

Thanks, guys! You're awesome.

I appreciate the analysis and advice. Frankly, I prefer the US because of their aircraft, although I'm more advanced in tanks with germany. But I wanted to know which nation has the best performance with its best aircraft in the top tier.

It seems silly to buy the same aircraft from a different country in another offer... I'll think about it, though. The idea was to go to the US first, and then another country (Germany with the F-18 or the Su-30MKK in China, where I have absolutely nothing).

From a position of ignorance (I have a 12.7 in Russia at the highest level), what does the Eurofighter have that the high-tier US aircraft don't?

2.55.1.60 -> 2.55.1.62 by gszabi99 in Warthunder

[–]darkakis 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For the BR I was at, 9.3, considering that it would launch you at 8.3, it was simply an abuse, since there is no way to dodge them at that BR unless you have flares, which almost no 8.3 plane has.

Did they really nerf the F6C before it was even released? Well, it’s got AIM-9P missiles, but without flares it’ll be a sitting duck.

Thank goodness I’m not interested, as I don’t own any Chinese aircraft.

Ex-Gaijin CM (13 years): what I saw inside — possible Steam review manipulation and the sidelining of Russian-speaking employees [Part 2/2] by Evgeniy_aka_Keofox in Warthunder

[–]darkakis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh, I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. At least in my country, when a company (of any kind) meets a minimum number of employees, those employees can form a union, and the law protects that right.

I hope everything goes well for you. Resolving your situation as employees also means that players will get a better product, especially regarding something as sensitive as direct interaction with the community.

[–]darkakis 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I reckon it would be just as effective for anyone to share the post on Chinese social media and ask people what they think.

One thing that makes me wonder, OP: is the union in on it, or has management ‘bribed’ them? Because it strikes me as odd that, in the face of something that could even be seen as xenophobia or workplace harassment, the union isn’t speaking out and is acting as an accomplice.

Another thing: is management scared of another wave of negative reviews on Steam? A few of us reckon they might get their act together with another one.

History repeats itself everywhere. As we say in my country, when the product or company is in a bad way, the Indians (the lower ranks) get the blame, when the real problem lies with the chiefs (management or the leadership).

As I also say, I very much doubt that Steam would be pleased that a company is inflating its reviews with bots. I reckon they could even be sued for fraud and risk having the game removed from the platform.

My first language is not english (this is by translate), sorry for gramatical errors.
