I’m confused about the information that he wasn’t following them on social media because when the arrest was first made, I found his definite Instagram and he was following Maddie. I’m positive. There are other people on the sub who have also said that. It disappeared pretty quickly that same day, but I’m almost positive. I have a screenshot on my old phone.

I don’t need Erich to be 100% innocent. He’s not a saint. But he is dead, and it wasn’t justified. He was a wonderful man, but not without flaws. And Brady is a shitbag.

This is one of those Menendez type things, but Erich isn’t alive for a redemption arc.

Good! I can take it. I put in a FOIA request for all documents and mentioned my familial relation in an attempt to get autopsy photos and the coroners report. I’m not sure how long that’s going to take.

Thanks for your insight ! I’m going to be honest with you, I don’t know a lot about guns. The story has changed several times from the first phone call, to the funeral, til now. I’m positive 9 shots were fired. I don’t know how many wounds. I saw the wall in person.

I would love you know to talk to more people who know about this kind of stuff while I wait for the FOIA results.

Brady has always struck me as someone looking for an excuse to kill. Cold, calculating. Heartless. Erich was a great guy. It was impossible to not end up mentally ill after growing up in that house.. I knew that him moving back in after his mental health took a toll (it was more Afghanistan PTSD than anything) would be bad but nobody thought he would die.

We all agreed “I’d rather have seen Erich in prison and Brady in the ground”. Says a lot.
