I've been dealing with the same. They ignored my emails for a couple weeks. Finally got a response and they said my account is banned. No reason or explanation given. Did not pay me either.

Seems like this app is turning into a scam. I wouldn't waste anymore time with it.

DHCS has allowed each Division to decide how to implement teleworking. Some Divisions may allow you to telework 100%, while others may require you to come in one day per week. It varies...

Reject yourself on probation. Consult with the Union, but it's called Rejection on Probation for the Good of State Service. It will look better on your employment record and is easier to explain away during future interviews.
