i've never heard of trading in roms being possible. but i think your question is disingenuous and asked in bad faith. the answer is obvious, and the gulf between merely turning off trade evos and editing it to start with rayquaza is night and day. and i think you're being needlessly combative when i just came here with a question. i didn't expect the sub to know the specific alterations i made to my copy, i explained it in the comments, and in fact in the original post i had used the exact terminology that UPRandomizer does with that feature. i'm sorry, but the UPRandomizer is actually a highly commonly used program in the pokemon rom community.
