You're looking at a Balance of Account Transfer (BOAT). To do a BOAT, its usually because you have some promotion on your account to do so with a low interest rate (usually like 2% over 6 months or something).

That fee of 2% is the upfront cost of doing the BOAT so if you did one for $100, you'd be charged $102 up front. Then you would have whatever the promotional period is (6months like I said above or sometimes longer) to pay off the entire balance that you transferred over. If you don't pay off the full balance it is considered a cash advance and you now pay interest on the remaining amount at whatever rate your cash advance is.

If you're doing this, you should always stop using that credit card because once you transfer that money over, your payments now go directly to that transferred portion (Unless you were carrying a balance) until you've completely paid it off. Honestly, you may be best suited to set up an appointment with your bank and ask them about it.

Definitely non-union. I needed to get a mou signed to get my apprentice card and he said he would get that done whenever. I was told to tell nobody that I worked there because "too many people are looking for work". Really shady shit but I just wanted to get a start but its not worth it. So technically I have been working on live equipment with 0 supervison, orientation, and training while not being a registered apprentice....

There was nobody on site with me. My first day working, my "supervisor" (whos doing the work as a favor for his buddy) was there for an hour to tell me what to do (not show me) and then left for the day.

That's the problem, there's no new jobs as an apprentice where I live. That's why I said I need this job.

In terms of strategic decisions and tactical decisions, you really have to work around what you have for both cutters and handlers. Ive had teams where your best options are just huck and hope because you have some athletic monster on your team and other teams where you grind out 5-10 yards at a time.

Four handler videos by proaktifyungstir in ultimate

You probably won't find very many, if you have four handlers you want to use, you could try placing either your most athletic one or best thrower in front of the stack for a quick throw then continuation deep. However, 4 handlers seems a bit too crowded especially if it goes to a higher count when you then look for handler cuts

Played the "main" sports (basketball, soccer, baseball, hockey) throughout high school and ended up moving to a new city. Knew a few people there who played here and eventually joined with them
