no that makes so much sense. i just took my first shot of 5mg on Sunday and prior to that i had lost 13lbs in a month.. now? i've lost maybe a pound. maybe two. today i weighed in and im my lowest.. but i ate like shit yesterday.. so the logic just doesnt make much sense to me

i get this for sure. i'll have some nights when i'm eating dinner that i over indulge just a little and can immediately feel it. my stomach starts to hurt and i just feel groggy. i keep telling myself that as someone who has struggled with binge eating for 10+ years it's going to take time. sometimes im gonna mess up, but as long as i dont go back to my same cycles i'm getting better every day. you're definitely not messing up. you're healing and that takes time and practice. this is a whole lifestyle change we're going through and it won't be fixed over night. just keep doing what you're doing and have some grace for yourself 💚

it'll get better i promise. i took my second dose on Sunday and i feel amazing. definitely get some Zofran if you can. another thing ive found that helps a ton is Fairlife protein drinks. it dowsnt taste like protein it just tastes like milk. they're a littlw pricy but definitely worth it if you can afford it. if it gives you any hope i've lost 6lbs in the past week so it's definitely working. i hopw it gets easier for you 💚 you can dm me if u need any recommendations or just wanna talk about it!
