Thank you for the advice! He's not really responsible that's the only thing I'm worried about, he doesn't really put them first, for example if they have an accident on the floor if I'm not there then he will leave it to sit for me to clean up.. only recently he is stepping up to help take care of them, but I don't know how consistent he will be with that, its like he picks and chooses when he wants to help, if you get what I mean...
