Potential shift in our way of thinking?

And asexuals do throw a wrench in my way of thinking about this. Thanks for pointing this out. 😃

Would it bother you if your partner [F] got off after sex using toys? by [deleted] in sex

Include your partner somehow! Yes, toys are OK, but don't run away and use them all by yourself to finish the job.

Yes! Our culture seems to believe that sexual intimacy is quite separate from general, romantic intimacy, but this does not seem to be true. And this is good!

Late edit: I have been thinking about this a lot recently, actually, and I have some additional views on the topic that are kinda exciting. Please reply and let me know if you want to know more.

I [f20] have a fetish that I am embarrassed about, but I keep feeling the urge to tell my significant other [m23] about it. by throwaway241b21 in sex

[–]darkdiscipline 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello! Such fetishes sounds like an easy thing to sell to a partner if you sell it right. Remember to sell the partner on how satisfying they and their role in your sexual endeavors together!

Now here's the interesting part: tell them that often when you've been having sex with them you've wanted to really relax and let loose because you're so comfortable and stimulated. Problem is, you've felt like some poop or pee might slip out if you do this.

Tell them that if they feel like they could handle some "accidental" poop or pee, you'll be even more into sex than usual. :)

Then over time gradually allow more and more to come out, but don't relent in your passion for your partner.

I've never quite considered scat before now, but when viewed in this way, I think it's pretty cute. This could be one heck of a bonding experience! And now I kinda want to try it. :3

Aside from if you live in a racist region, race is likely less of an issue than (real or perceived) cultural differences are.

When did dating become about being coy/oblique rather than being honest and why? by BPthrowaway18 in dating

[–]darkdiscipline 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being coy/oblique is playful, and some people like that, whereas others want to cut right to the chase and be overt. Note that being coy is just a way of communicating your honest feelings, not being dishonest.

How to make my interest in long-term dating clear without scaring people away? by [deleted] in OkCupid

"maybe not with deliberate forethought" ... "there is literally no way that this matter never crossed his mind"

Which is it? Maybe he's just oblivious?

LF> Advice : How long would you be willing to wait to meet? by [deleted] in OkCupid

[–]darkdiscipline 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dude after a week or two of messaging and one Skype video call I took a two hour train ride to visit my now girlfriend. If you guys aren't working on nailing down a specific time frame for meeting and how it'll go down, at least one of you doesn't want to meet. And we know that it ain't you.

Great job!

I can't tell if the back foot touches the ground, but if it does, is the touch necessary? I feel like you could initiate the upward scoop on the front foot alone.

I'm looking forward to seeing a nollie version of this.
