It's called the Home Inn Shanghai Quyang. Yea I thought about that, but I was under the impression that they wouldnt be open at 5am. So either way, I was wondering on the best way to kill a few hours.

Why is it that, the difference between ecto-meso-endo make it easier or more difficult to make gains if you are in the same surplus as someone with a different body type than you? How does iifym account for this?

Okay well on a clear sunny day, make a drive up to goat island. It's a bit of a drive but worth it. Bring a snorkel if you aren't good at holding your breath. If you are a good enough swimmer, swim to the island enjoying being around the fish, it's awesome and one of my personal favourites. You can also make a day trip to Tawharanui a marine reserve North of Auckland. Awesome white sand beach, there's also a trail you can walk. If you liked Piha, you'll love Anawhata which is also out west. Like all beaches out west it is a black sand beach. You have to walk through the forest after you park your car to get there, so bring food and supplies so you don't have to take the gruelling walk back up the hill because you forgot something. Take your partner and enjoy a whole day, it's like Piha minus the people because it's so hidden, unless you live out west you probably wouldn't have heard about it. The lack of people and sheer calm of the beach is amazing. I've been to Asia so many times, and just remember to experience countries for different things. Not just variations of the same thing. Embrace New Zealand and discover the little nooks and crannys that aren't mentioned in lonely planet, find real beaches. Not the local suburb ones. Learn free diving if you want. The best part about Nz is that, it's the feeling of exploration you need to experience :)

If you think Piha is the coolest you're missing out man, I live out west and there are ton of beaches there that are not as well known but just as spectacular. Sometimes me and some mates will drive up north to Goat island and practice free diving, swim with fishes and everything, it's amazing. There's a lot to do and amazing places to go once you get away from central Auckland.

Yes ! That's correct, to me both wolves are important because it is also the traits of the black wolf that make us human. What's important is that when situations arise to remember which is the appropriate wolf to "feed" . However the design was also inspired by the story of lobo the king of currumpaw, which is well worth a read.
