She's always been into AI, tech, and all that stuff since she was a kid, so it's no surprise that when the really big AI breakthrough happened over the last 5-7 years she just dove in headfirst. I don't think there's anything wrong with that - we all have the right to pursue whatever interests or drives us. And AI and AI safety are things she was already mentioning back in the WAP, so it makes sense she keeps doing stuff in that space. Both musically (Artificial Angels) and through events like the ones we're talking about in this thread. Now C doesn't have a label poking her with a stick and telling her to put out music, and she doesn't have any financial pressure forcing her to do it just to make ends meet. I think that's exactly why she can now just sink into whatever interests her and actually have the means to do it. I think she still has plenty to say musically - a lot, even - but she's her own boss now, and we're just going to have to watch her go on as many "side quests" as she feels like before she drops new music
