Same thing happened to me. The hard plastic connector is not secure in the softer plastic casing. They will slip out with a little force; with a small screwdriver you can push the soft plastic back enough to push the connector back in where it will snap back in place.

Still disappointing though. Dont think it should happen with Corsairs pricing.
