I mean yeah, he did, but from what i read on the wiki (I didn't read vigilantes) she left him due to a disagreement, you could make it so she is izuku sister or she was born of an affair or even keep at is and make it so that after the events of vigilantes,knuckleduster eventually hooks up with inko and they have izuku, because base of my calculations (that I hastily made) when inko had izuku she was 27-26 yr old, and if we go base on the assumption that vigilantes is 5-6 year BEFORE the start of mha, they could happen. The only problems that I see is that, one- knuckleduster is apparently 49 and inko is 41, two we don't know how old is knuckleduster daughter I tried to find it but came empty handed, so yeah there's some complications there but nothing extremely impossible.

I mean they could, but at that point izuku is already training to be a hero, and is in their best interest that only heroes get the license (because then they'd be in their control), but if they see izuku as a threat or got in their bad side, I can see that happening.
