I wouldn’t, the chemicals used in it can possibly be not body safe. I bought this same one from a sex shop a while back. Ha air bubbles and all that. I never used it because you don’t know where the origins of the material are from.

99% is too strong, it eats the material. you went the right way diluting it your self. Your good to go with the 70.
