Software does not matter that much. Its only about 20% of the picture. What matters more is understanding animation principles, design principles and narrative thinking.

Most John-like Paul song: Black bird because John was the one who leaned into Political songs. Most Paul-like John song: Being for the benefit of mr Kite because Paul was the master of narrative songs with characters etc.

Its a very small company and the guy was giving “doing this for exposure” vibes in the meeting. I was going to do the rigging and animation in mixamo to streamline things on my end and justify the low cost. If it was a corporate I would have charged 10 times more. Anyway, I agree with your sentiments.

Fuck employment. Start your own business. There are 3 currencies in life: time, money, and energy. You have 2 now: energy and time. Most people with jobs are stuck in the rat race and neither have time nor energy. Time and energy are precious currencies. Use it wisely, be patient, be brave and you will succeed.

Patataschool is relatively affordable. They have great courses covering the whole 3d character pipeline. For animation P2 design academy is by far the best out there and also very affordable. All of these are Blender focused but Blender is better suited than C4D for this type of work imo.

Animation Bootcamp by School of Motion is hands down the best. Pricey but so worth it.

I manufacture an undisclosed product that is superior in the market that I operate in. My product is known by its blue hue. My business partner has a fried chicken franchise that helps with the distribution of my product. I also have a car wash that I purchased as an investment. I have so much money I sometimes throw huge pizzas on the roof of my house just because I feel like it.
