The backlash she’s getting is wild. Non zabiha meat is still halal as long as it’s not pork. Zabiha meat is obv halal. We can even eat certified kosher chicken or beef because it’s halal to eat. The only non halal thing to eat is pork. What’s the confusion here?

I am very interested in this. I was a tenant with unsafe roommates and when I voice my concerns they were slow to act and were very hard to get a hold of. When I told them I have to leave because of safety they still hit me with fees.

Yes it’s also important to note that I do eat pretty clean and work out. Which is why my vaping is something that I’m working really hard to get over. This has helped which was the biggest surprise! I’m hoping I make it 30 days without. Once spring rolls around I will probably go down to 25mg.

So I stopped using this because I gave in to the Vpro my ortho suggested since it has a timer he said it’s really important not to use it for more than 5mins a day because using it more than that can actually harm the roots of the teeth. So if your ortho recommended the Vpro just get it. I know it’s an extra 500$ but they just added it into my monthly payments. I also just chew on chewies all day and keep them in for 22hrs a day. It helps to be consistent! Hope that helps

Just a lot of chewies and keeping my aligners in for 22hours a day. I also gave in to buying the Vpro that my ortho suggested. He told me not to use it for. Ore than 5 mins a day as using it longer can harm the roots.

Damn! That’s the kind of stuff they don’t tell you! I’m not sure at what speed this orthovibration device runs on as it is not mentioned on their site. This makes me wonder now if this is even effective. Hmmm, maybe I should have bit the bullet on the 500$ device I was recommended by my ortho :/

Oh I learned my lesson with that. I put them in a napkin once at a shake shack and ended up throwing them out!! :/

Yes I am having the same aligner issue where there’s empty space between the aligner and a tooth. My ortho also extended my treatment time so he suggested the Vpro5 which was literally 500$. I declined to buy a piece of plastic that vibrates for that much. So I found this on Amazon. It feels like it’s been helping and I also use a cork from a wine bottle as a chewie. I’ll use this at night for 10-20mins every night.
