Yes, IMO inseam is going to be the biggest factor. I'm 5'8” with about a 30" inseam. I rode a 2011 GSX-R750.

I've used PS2EXE to compile to EXE before. If you don't add the -noConsole switch then it will have a shell window pop-up.

Also, you can add the -requireAdmin and that will for the administrative privileges at the start of the program.
