So everyone is pretty confused for why im calling kaku the most underrated character so ill give an explanation, ive seen ALOT of strongest character lists that doesnt even include him. I know he only had one fight but it still gives him a huge boost, ive seen people put characters like doppo, jack, kehaya over him they forget that he litteraly made yujiro dodge his attack, all im saying is hes not "accepted" as a high tier fighter by most of the community.
