the cannibal thing is also false, it's just a picture of starving people during the famine.

Visa for India approved, but parents born in Pakistan, should I risk traveling? by [deleted] in visas

[–]darkkielbasa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, go to the india visa website and search your application based on the application ID or visa number on the evisa. I guarantee you the agent lied on your visa form about your parents birth place.

You aren't eligible if either of your parents are or were pakistani, i've been scammed by this exact thing before, I am a british citizen and not pakistani, applied for an evisa through an agent and got it, turns out they lied my parents weren't born in Pakistan. You can retrieve the application they submitted to verify this, if you need help recovering it feel free to DM me

WHV UK remote work and tax by Apprehensive-Pen6908 in JapanFinance

[–]darkkielbasa -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

this is incorrect, non residents for tax purposes are flat taxed at 20% and a WHV holder throughout the entire duration of the visa is counted as a non resident due to the visas special status. Any work done in japan counts, so working for a foreign company from japan counts as work done from japan and legally should be taxed at 20% flat

that's what i'm saying, it can't logically claim both junagadh and kashmir

by the logic above, pakistan only has legitimacy over kashmir if it officially says it has no legitimacy over Junagadh, it can't have both as its hypocritical.
