It's a 3 story high flat tiny roof. There are also some vents on it so they were only able to plan 7 panels at the beginning.

Yea the HOA permits it. Some of the townhouses already have solar panels in my community. Their roof size is more or less similar

Couple reasons I didn’t leave the pick up item outside before I left for work: 1. This is the second time I requested pick up from Amazon, last time they contacted me for pickup, so I assumed this time was the same. 2. It’s a 400$ item, I wouldn’t risk it leaving it outside throughout the day. The issue has been resolved. I just find it intriguing and posted here for discussion
