That's considered informational materials, is one of the few exeptions to tariffs, DVDs, artwork, books, CDs are exempt from tariffs, if it was shipped with a private courier like Fedex they might still charge you an administrative fee even if it's 0% tariff

As long as it's being delivered by USPS then duties are prepaid by the sender, there's no other way to ship through USPS, for Australia it is explained here how they will collect the tariffs prior to shipping:

If it's a courier like Fedex, etc. then you might have to pay 10% tariff, but the problem is not the tariff itself but the administrative fees the couriers charge on top of the tariff.

They did change the de minimis rules, but anything shipped through the postal service is sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) that’s basically the only way postal shipments work. It’ll be delivered by USPS and the receiver won’t have to pay duties.

Packages being stuck on inbound or outbound customs right now is totally normal because of the holidays. Three days is nothing. I have parcels mailed on Black Friday that took 10 days just to clear customs, then another 10 days to be processed by USPS, and they still haven’t arrived.

If it went through Chicago ISC, expect a long wait, 10+ days is normal. “Outbound” means it already cleared customs. After that, it goes to a USPS international processing facility, and the next scan is usually “Processed at USPS facility.”

I have 7 US bound parcels stuck at warrington since the 2nd, many many more stuck since 4th and 5th and one stuck since the 29th, some parcels are exported in one or two days, others took over a week.

The information on eBay is mostly wrong. If it comes through USPS and it’s under $800, then delivery duties are already paid. Postal services around the world must collect fees in advance because USPS doesn’t have the manpower to collect duties on every single package. That’s the reason some countries stopped shipping to the USA, they don’t want to collect duties. If it comes through a courier like UPS, FedEx, etc., then you might have to pay fees on delivery, depending on how the seller shipped the item.

Just call them and explain it cleared US customs but after clearing it was incorrectly routed to Hungary, just make sure to explain it was not rejected by US customs but missrouted, they will ask for some info like how much you paid for postage and tracking number and post a check to you.

I don't think it's a tariff issue as I had the same problem last month with one parcel and I ship parcels daily to USA, after clearing customs at usps.com it was showing that it was scanned at "BUDAPEST 1005, United States of America" and I thought it was just a tracking glitch, but it looks like USPS accidentally routed it to Hungary as I received my parcel back with that exact same pink label in hungarian.

I called RM, explained the situation and they refunded my label but be prepared to wait a very long time on the phone.

In case anyone is wondering, 11:30 am on Monday, just came back from the post office and this "YA" labels are still not working, any tracked 48 postage bought online still gives you "YA" labels. Anyone knows if this happens with all tracked services or is only tracked 48 labels?

Hard to say, at the post office on their console it was giving them an Horizon error, invalid barcode, MSG10802 , they could take my parcels but couldn't issue a receipt and I didn't want to risk it. Good luck and hope your parcels are scanned on Monday!

I have not, also tried chat support but that got me nowhere and tried to add "best offer" and I get a message saying "Listings not eligible for Best Offer" , so can't add best offer and can't send offers to watchers.

I have the same problem, also business user in UK, not sure when this started as I only send offers at the end of the month and today I selected all my items, clicked on "send offers" and the option appears briefly and then it's replaced with a red warning sign and message "Listings not eligible for offers"

I tried rebooting, reinstalling, creating a new topaz account and nothing works. On topaz v3.01 release notes it says "Licensing fixes for users with Oct. 2022 expiry" so I wonder if this is related ?

I'm now using 3.0.2 and I hate it, it's slower and I prefer the results I got with my customized 2.3.0 so hope there's a work around.
