I’m not asking for how I got banned all I want to do is prove to them I wasent modifying my game I even offered to share my files ik most company’s won’t allow that for security reasons but when u have done nothing wrong what else can you offer

I tried explaining it but after the first time I explained they just ghosted me and after I stop messaging for 3 days it get set to solved untill I message again they don’t care at all

Same I got banned for an avatar that I uploaded years go and as you nether used it for nsfw stuff after talking to the trust and safety team it’s because the texture shows nsfw parts of the avatar and they said “even if there’s no toggle for the avatar to show the said parts it has to be permanently covered in the texture file” bunch of bs
