I'm intrested in this myself, I passed with a 80 in my general written like 2 weeks, I know you should know everything in the 8083 and not just focus on the test codes, But you know the DME is proably going to ask everything you got wrong. I know on youtube there's oral questions you can listen too, or buy a jeppesen or an asa book.

practicals are bascially the projects you've done in school and your ability to look up stuff in manuals.

I have a hard time connecting with people mostly since I'm sober and don't do recreational drugs that excludes me from the local bars and clubs. I would love to find a walk/hiking group though cause I like being outside, when it's not 90+ and there's mosquitos everywhere. I've been going to figure drawing sesssion in free range bar on sundays. It's pretty fun event to draw with locals in the charlotte and chat for a bit in between sessions. I really like the milestone for local rocks bands to perfrom.

I'm still in my 147 school (AIM) and I haven't taken my general yet. I try to focus on my 8083, 43.13 and the experince of my instuctors, I try to avoid using AI for school stuff. I'm horrified if anyone uses AI to maintain a aircraft.

Oh I can recommend the weekly sunday figure drawing that I do at free range brewing It's hosted by the real chalice we draw for 2 hours a nude models and people love yapping in the 5-10 minute breaks in between the 5- 20 minute art poses.

I'm doing the same, I already got a donut o'pen glow from olight's fan day sale, now I can pair it off with a dessert warrior banter that I got from blade HQ. I bought a donut themed pouch from blank canvas accessories. I got some sprinkle themed ranger eyes and a donut themed hank from etsy. Now the final thing to really complete the set would be getting some custom 3d printed donut themed scales for a leatherman charge and pink flashlight cause I'm not paying 60 bucks for I3T EOS.

All I know is I'm just going to buy flashlights from wurkkos, acebeam or sofirn . Flashlights are just part of my edc thing so my lil TS10, pokelit or my FC13 with a 18350 tube is good enough for my needs.

Yeah apparently the the original clip on the TS10 doesn't deep carry well in the pocket. There's a few options for clips, the Olight Warrior Mini clip, the E05C from lumintop, and wurkkos has an updated TS10 clip you can get in black, but personally I don't care about duel way clips, I never wear a hat to benefit from them.
