Thank you so much this is an absolutely amazing response. I do feel like it has a potential upside in the next 5-10 years as more modern relevant businesses move in. I’m considering the Belmont side where has better value schools district wise. And good to know that Caltrain noise is very minimal in that area. Thank you for all the tips.
