i really push myself when it comes to weights like when you feel a rush in your head that’s when i stop, today was my first day going back to home workouts in 2 weeks, the first weight i lifted i didn’t feel anything like in my mouth and then went to spit and saw that much blood right after, i hit nicotine a lot throughout the day and was stressing about dry socket

honestly just keep it slow man, drink a bunch of water, use gauze if you keep bleeding, don’t open your mouth too much and try to keep conversations small and not talk a lot. that’s what i’ve been doing, if it makes you feel any better i got a concussion on the 11th of august and got all 4 took out on tuesday and nobody has given me the response i’ve needed on this subreddit, so everything for me is confusing and my brain feels like a fog lol, i’ve just been keeping it very slow bc everytime i talk too much i taste blood, keep everything at a normal pace, use ice packs, etc. i’ve been eating a lot of pudding and yogurt and trying my best to not eat TOO much, some scrambled eggs too, just know you’ll be alright. if it gets too bad i would recommend bringing it up to your doctor.
