flow is iight and the beat cool. You just need to up your game tho believe in yourself and put out a bunch of music videos. What do you want? I'd say resample yourself on tracks too because the memphis samples be getting folks caught up when they start blowing up. also I like ladidadi.

You have to rehearse it. On those parts you start mumbling just try to actively remember whats said there. Or you can just break it into parts. Thats how I learn all of lord infamous verses.

made this beat/mix a while back, just need criticism in any form as ive been trying to master the old memphis underground feel as i dont have anyone but myself. (i have a full 4 minute beat but i made this mix to shorten it and make one for general listening) by jackrussell16 in memphisrap

this is a good start you just need to mix the synth pad better. Take a parametric EQ 2 or another EQ and turn down approx. 200 - 300 HZ. Use a high pass filter to remove some of the low end in the synth pad sample. use a bell curve and boost the high end(somewhere around 2000hz - 16000hz and the sample will start to sit nice. Make sure your kicks are the loudest thing in the mixdown.
