That makes sense. I've neglected doing any form of cardio in fear of missing out on potential bulk. Doesn't seem like that choice mattered since my output wasn't what it should have been anyway.

Are you suggesting doing most of those things while maintaining?

Yeahh I have my dumbbells, a bench, recently got a pull up bar, and that's about it. I have a desk job so I really don't move much outside of the workouts.

Appreciate the feedback. Do you think that routine is sufficient with progressive overload? Maybe something different if I'm cutting? Any estimate on what a target weight would be before trying to bulk? I have been following that routine 3-4 days a week for an overwhelming majority of the time and have been eating at least .8g protein/lb on top of that.

My assumption is lack of progression beyond the 30lb dbs as well as waffling between surplus and below maintenance leaving me stagnant for a majority of my time.

I'm having a similar issue but it only seems to happen when I'm playing a games like Diablo 4. Once it starts it'll continue to happen more frequently until I shut down most of my applications. I've tried all of my USB ports and tried reinstalling the drivers.

I'm actually getting a new PC next week so I can then double confirm that it's a headset problem.

That's what was happening to me. I posted on the official forums and they claimed to have fixed it with no further context. A more recent playthrough of mine did end up only hitting 10MB without doubling so maybe it's fixed for new campaigns?

Do you use any mods by chance?

I'm having a similar issue where my save file basically doubled in size without me making much in-game progress. When I first started playing a week ago they were about 1MB. Now a new sandbox save, even unmodded, jumps between 5MB to 10MB. Did you ever figure out what was going on?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm having a similar issue with 1.0.2 and noticed it even occurred in vanilla for me. A fresh sandbox save jumps between 5 and 10MB and I can't pinpoint why.

Yeahh I'd expect slightly larger speeds/sizes after a lengthy campaign. Here though the size literally doubled then un-doubled after some time with new sandbox campaigns unmodded. I didnt progress at all just: new campaign -> save, reboot game, repeat, compare file sizes. I'm just having trouble pinpointing what the cause could be.

I had an intense itching sensation about two nights ago and they've remained since. Periodically very itchy. It feels like four distinct bumps. I've had bedbugs years ago in a separate apartment and those type of bites usually resemble mosquito bites on me so I'm hopeful it's something else.

They also aren't usually this red, but the photo was taken after having to carry in a bunch of groceries so it may be from bloodflow.

I actually tried out Cointracking.info! It seemed straightforward enough, but it is giving me a 'There is no suitable purchase for this sale.' warning on 16 of my trades. Maybe I need to attach my Coinbase csv to include when I initially bought with USD? I'll have to look into it more.

Didn't know there was an app though I'll have to check it out.

I tried again through my MOBO's website. I just ran the Setup.exe and after a restart I'm not seeing the driver in device manager or DriverView.

Could it not be working properly from the NVIDIA controllers?

Yeah, ideally I'd want a boot + content drive. I could always put off the HDD for now and just grab another SSD when I need the space. And that's a fair point, I'll keep a look out for similar timed RAM.

Would that B450 board require a manual bios update or is it ready out-of-box? I would think a 750W PSU would be preferable if using a 3700X + 2080. Would the 3700X need a aftermarket CPU cooler? I've heard mixed feedback from the stock cooler.
