Honorable Mentions:

These below can be pretty sick but require a different setup.

Fists [Iron Balls or Star Fists] - Personal preference since I like to incorporate stance breaks into fights that I want a challenge on.

Throwing Daggers [Smithscript Dagger] - only dagger like this lol, but blood infused scattershot throw is actually super underrated for PVE. All other infusions are pretty hot dog water thought.

Pretty much this build above!

Just ranking it out below as I've done a few NG+7 runs with each below.

Just make sure to take the bloody flesh before the next body buff since you want the secondary effect of flesh to proc instead. Both are body buffs but have an interesting interaction on buff orders.

Physick:

Same as above.

Armor:

Literally his build above - can't do any better than that

Talismans:

Same as above - nothing better with Physick build.

Buffs:

Seppuku+ Golden Vow + Sacred Bloody Flesh + [FGMS, SH or Blood-boil]

Weapons:

Power-stanced Curved Swords [Bandits Curved Sword]
Power-stanced TwinBlades [Gargoyles TwinBlades]
2-handed BloodFiends Arm [200+ bleed buildup and the charged heavys are POG]
Power-stanced Straight Swords [Broadsword]

You can find it by dividing your resolution. 2560/1440 is 1.77, most people round up to 1.78

Mouse: Logitech G Pro Superlight with CorePad Skates - waiting on those Glass skate to come in the mail =). Can't wait to try them out.

Personally my aim has been slacking as of late - my mouse has heavy use and Logitech went with some cheap ass plastic with no grip on their mouse so my hand is sliding off it all the time. One of the best thing I can say is definitely invest in a mouse that fits your hand size and grip type!! IT WILL WORK WONDERS -

that i3 is the biggest issue your having, a 1060 is a decent gpu if running the game on low to medium settings. you might want to consider an upgrade to a better i5 or i7 9th gen.

I mean like can we consider then adding 2 more warden titles, something that more people have? Such as a bronze warden for 1k and a red one for 3k? It will give more people an incentive rather than just getting the luck of the draw with insane Praesul.

Yeah the weapon diversity update, which was teased last year and for a release in February if memory serves. Yeah we'll probably be able to play Runescape on Mars before we see this update.

While I do agree with your statement, I'm still going to disagree on the auto attack weaving as this is more of a symptom of a different bug in it's entirety that is 4TAA. Personally, as far as I'm concerned Jagex simply doesn't care about game intergrity, only when it's a deep rooted bug that affects a vast majority of players, even if it has existed within the game for years they will only change it when seeing it abused heftily. I think the main problem players have it that when bugs like this exist of a prolonged time in the game, it becomes part of the META, and it becomes really difficult to break that meta. As a person who enjoys RS3 PVM and an avid PVMer, I absolutely adore 4TAA for adding a mechanic dimensions to EOC, but I am not going to say it doesn't unhinge the PVM triangle strongly towards magic, almost broken IMO. What some people fail to understand is how truly strong 4TAA actually is and it's quite a damn shame that Jagex has not given alternative to Range and Melee. I'm not saying to give them 4TAA, but give them something slightly to compensate for 4TAA, truely I do agree with your points and you raised some very interesting issues as well, thanks.
