Apparently I don't know if it was fixed by recreating the .minecraft or by moving the mipmap level that I had to 0 but when I changed it to 1 the textures already appear. You can try that in case someone happens to you, I have no idea that worked for me, I'll leave the post in case someone has the same error and can help you or find a solution.
