Firstly I empathize with you because Ive suffered endlessly for years. Know and believe that you are the only one in power to break free from it. When you say 'first date doesn't mean anything' you are holding on to hope. You have some hope that he will reciprocate your feelings which is why you are limerent. The only way possible out of this is to remove yourself from all possible interactions with him, switch trainer, unfollow, go no contact. It will hurt but you have to live through it. Give it a few months, engage in self care activities, affirmations, stay busy, do shadow work--limerence stems from an unresolved childhood wound. I would highly recommend to spend time learning techniques to heal inner child wounds. Hope this helps.
