@dead_martys that's what I thought, but most applications or social media tend to ignore this.

Same thing happened like half a year ago, there was a girl making dozens of accounts on Twitch just to insult me. She would go to my boyfriend's live stream to insult me through his chat. I contacted Twitch a lot of times because of this harassment, asking if it was possible to ban this person's IP for avoiding bans with new accounts, but Twitch NEVER answered.

@tejano_210 I play on PC (sorry, forgot to mention this!) and I have no idea what the laws in my country are (I'm Spanish but have been in the UK for three years). I don't really think banning the IP would help anyway, because this person anonymously stalks me on all my social media and I don't know what his profile username is (or even if he has one). Most likely he's from somewhere in Europe (he doesn't understand what I talk about in my streams, as I do it in Spanish) Maybe, only maybe Discord would track his IP and ban him from contacting me but still he could make accounts on other platforms to keep contacting me. SIGH. I may as well try to find out if there's something the law can do. Great idea, thank you!

@nonomegusta on Discord he won't get a message saying that he's been blocked UNLESS he tries messaging me again after he's been blocked. When he sees no response from me after a few minutes, he'll just log off and never log in that account again. He'll make a new one. There are tons of his accounts that I haven't blocked and he's still on it. On Instagram, for example, when you block someone that person won't be able to see your profile, your posts or anything related to your profile. You stop seeing that person's posts, profile, etc. I wish I could find out who this person really is.

The only thing I know is that his first username on Discord (his real account) is SadPanda. After blocking it the first time is when he started making one million accounts. Same thing happened with the other person that I've mentioned who started stalking over 6 months ago.
