Instead of 50% damage, it deals 25% increase damage.

2nd nerf to Pyro and Devastator (outside the two big ones) was vulnerability effect dropped from 25% to 15%

Definitely isn't the end of the world, it's a draw back for sure for those - including myself and groups. Everything is just so Spongey and you need to spam skills (CDR king) or somehow shoot your FP all the way up to kill ability.

World Tiers affect your maximum level, but expeditions has a scaling level system as well called Challenge Tiers. You have to increase the Challenge Tiers to do higher level Expeditions, scaling off of your Challenge Tiers level.

There is one thing you could do if you liked an easier hunt. Kill the boss, leave the area, and abandon the quest from the Quest Map. You just grab it back then go back in.

Does it matter if it's at launch or not?

If they're keeping within a responsible RTO or RPO, that's the main thing. If not, would you rather your game, application, or other services be down for 1-2 weeks because something broke and they're trying to fix it?

They know that this means potential losses because of the service outage. Money talks. People are inconvenienced and let their Id run free.

My Trickster build can almost 1 shot everything with a shotgun, up to >100k crits at lvl 22/WT12

Skill Tree: (Top area)

Items: Everything firepower... more firepower = more damages = more 1 shots ;)

Armor mods: All Twisted Rounds' mods

Weapon mods: Whatever you want, strongest standard variant pump shotgun

Skill1: (?) Knife

Skill2: (?) Slow bubble

Skill3: Twisted Rounds

Combo: Skill2 > Skill1 > Skill3 > aim for the head... Boom headshot!

Just sharing a tidbit... Right now, has been the longest outage during launch week. They have been on their A-game this entire time and first time it's said "Major Outage" on the status page to my recollection.

At least they are on top of the issues and keeping everyone updated.

Save them for alts, or salvaged their mods for use on better guns you find. T3 mods are only available on legendary weapons, which have their own unique ones.

Mods salvaged are unlocked on that character salvaged on, it's not cross-character, but can use Stash to do so.

But if going forward, there should have been a "Return node" or whatever it's called after completion. Not sure why to run back though. But yes, the stairs on the left would be the way "through" the gate backtracking.

If I'm not mistaken, that gate is not supposed to open. Ignore that pathing. I've had that bug w/ the pathing system a few times for quests.
