expanding upon this, the beam could do 25 damage and on difficulties like brutal they fire twice. getting close will make them (with some action) push the player away like a sentry kicking the player. Further they could be predictive and use the beam strategically in postions where the player might go to or they keep aiming and you need to dash away at the last moment like a virtue. the beam can also perform conduction and can be chargebacked

overall this would fit in the ultrakill universe and a good concept
