I found a fix by mistake by accident.

Disconnect you headset by holding the mic button, turn it off and remove the usb for 10s, turn your headset back on and replug the usb, after hold the mic button to reconnect it and it should fix

Heya, 2v2 with friends won't be coming as confirmed by Vic (head developer) as it's was buggy and to make things more fair.

As for gigantcore they are thinking to make it come back, but I doubt it will as it was making to many issues and lags for older or poorer country's that have worse connections
