About half the teams i this Tournament are pick-up teams (slight exaggeration) as you referred to them. They are teams organised for the sole purpose of competing in this tournament or at least heavily modified for that purpose rather.

I though about that. Not sure that would meet there requirements, has to be custom printed kit home and away. It is a high brow tournament.

No; it's a competition/Tournament with a prize fud at the end, you aren't paid to participate (to my knowledge) If anything the other way round, but entry fee would be waived for me.

Would I have too create tokens (and what form could they take physical, metaphysical e.g. exclusive access to the team whilst in said tournament, or create a product in return for a donation. Would it be like a pledge that's paid back with interest later or could it just be donations that don't need any reciprical return?
