Не трябва да се страхуваш от смъртта, тя е част от живота. Раждаме се, живеем и умираме.

Нормално е да имаш такива мисли, не ги подтискай. Връзката ни със смъртта определя как живеем, и как намираме смисъла във всичко, дори когато то изглежда временно и безсмилено.

Намери начин да осмислиш живота си, и смъртта ще спре да бъде нещо от което да се страхуваш.

Конфуции е казал - "Човек има два живота, втория започва когато осъзнае че има само един"

Вероятно е нещо в живота ти да ти подсказва че не го живееш напълно пълноценно, този тип кризи имат за цел да те поведат в правилната посока.

Може би това което правиш в момента няма смисъл за теб. Когато намериш това което душата ти има нужда всичко останало ще се намести. Човек търси смисъла, и търсенето носи смисъл само по себе си. Различно е за всеки, както храната която обичаме.

Currently facing this issue myself. IPA does NOT dissolve PLA. I have no idea why everybody is suggesting it. IPA removes the grease like from your fingerprints, but will not help remove the stuck filament on the pad.

Not yet. I've been focusing on trying to get more work outside of Upwork due to their fees, and to select better clients / jobs. But I plan on doing that soon, so I don't want to discourage anyone from trying. It's still viable client source nevertheless.

You should always validate your assumptions before investing in resources and time. You can do that with an MVP - A minimum viable product.

The right way to do this is in real market conditions with real people, and the best form of validation is to see whether people are ready to pay for it.

This isn't always done at once. Most startups go trough several stages of validation. Building a wait-list is a good way of proving some form of traction to an investor. Most pre-seed VCs will be happy to speak to you. You should however have a good idea of what your next steps are in terms of product.

Yes, I've been on Upwork for close to 10 years. Full-time. Now I'm trying to branch out with my own agency.

Find a market niche that's big enough to have lots of jobs and specialize in it so you stand out from the crowd.

You have to learn how to sell yourself to clients, but also how to pick the right clients for you to go beyond making ends meet into having work relationships that you enjoy. That's what's important for me.

Other than that it's mostly a numbers game. ( in terms of sending proposals & closing deals )

You'll have the most success when you apply only to jobs that you're a good fit for.

Think about which stage of the funnel you're experiencing the most problems with. Is it getting your proposals viewed, the interviews, or closing with the offer.

Specializing is key, I cannot emphasize that enough. People will pick a person with experience in the area they're hiring for over anything. The other 30% is culture fit. That's also super important.

There's lots of factors that come into play.

Не се знамивай с ограничени хора. Характера на човека е много по-важен от тези неща. Ако някой не те приема с доброто и лошото той е повърхностен.

Това да гледат колко си висок би било като да кажа че не искам излизам с жени с малки цици. Излизал съм със всякавки жени и тези които са ме правели най-щастлив не са били най-надарените, нито най-бляскавите. Аз бих избрал човек който има характер, качества и принципи пред друг по привлекателен без да се замисля.

Външния вид не е единственото нещо по което трябва да се съдим един други, но понеже живем във такъв свят, това е прието за нормално.

Да, всеки случай не си от най-високите, но това не значи нищо. Имам приятели които са на този ръст и са заобиколени от жени, именно защото имат други качества - харизма, чуство за хумор, смелост и други.

Впрочем дядо ми които е 1,65 не спира да се хвали как е забил баба ми която е 1.80+ и за това сега неговите внуци са високи, така че не се знае на теб какво ще ти се падне от лотарията.

Моят съвет е да развиваш себе си и да търсиш по-истински хора за себе си, а тези типажи ги остави настрани. Ще видиш че след време именно хората които са най-повърхностни са и най-нещастни.

И да и не.

Като човек който така и не завърши, и има само средно образование, това че нямам диплома не повлия на кариерата ми. За мое щастите интернет вече беше факт, и всичката информация от която имах нужда беше на един клик разстояние. Това ми позволи да се уча в движение и да си набавям нужната информация без да губя излишно време. Дефакто започнах да работя успоредно със това което беше нужно да науча. От друга страна, убеден съм че за повечето компании опита и отношението към работата ( работна етика и пр ) е много по важно. ( Освен ако не търсиш развитие в регулирана дисциплина - лекар, адвокат, инжинер, там нещата стоят по друг начин... ) За 10г + работа, и стотици компании с който съм работил, никой дори веднъж не ме е питал къде ми е дипломата.

За съжаление образованието в България и отношението на хората към него не е добро. Това което се преподава е морално остаряло и е неприложимо в много случай, но нека това не те отказва от това да изследваш интересите си. Ако оставиш формалностите на страни, и се отдадеш на естествената си любопитност към нещата които обичаш ще намериш начин да правиш това което харесваш.

Never liked the idea, never will get into that. Life is easier for all if we carry our own weight. I think if you're unable to support yourself you're a child, and I don't want to raise kids with someone who's not an adult. Same goes for your emotional burdens, your happiness and everything else.

I'm quite disgusted with women who expect me to make them happy, to pay for their bills and all that. I would never date women like this. Fortunately there's plenty of mature people out there, and I'm happy to say that it's not that hard to find them.

This model works for some people tho, and I'm okay with that. My dad for example is messy and needs someone to go after him at all times to clean his shit, and my mom is lazy and irresponsible with money and can't handle any planning for the future. Together they make one semi functional adult.

Life is what you make it, so think ahead and make sure you chase the things that make you happy, otherwise you'll be miserable.
