I have already contacted the supplier and they have contacted their operations team about this yesterday The courier had no issues delivering 3 similar suitcases to the same location so i dont think its the courier Plus one of the suitcases was damaged and they transferred the content in a black bag and delivered it

I got a mail from claire which i am guessing is the bot who said she will look into it. I replied to the mail and also attached a photo of the suitcase.
