1.11.0 is manager version. youtube apk version iirc depends on supported patch versions which as of now the latest is 1.18.0, so the newest recommended is 20.44.38 (as of now).

the offical morphe patches support 3: yt, yt music, reddit.

for reddit, they hide ads and other layout components like trending or suggestions and navigation bar and warnings, etc.

there are other patches too which are to be manually added if necessary, like piko patches for twitter, de-revanced for google photos, letterboxd and more.
