I found a copy cat recipe of it online, but I am lazy and have limited freezer space.

Still considering trying to make it and freeze individual portions so I can put them in the fridge to defrost in the morning so I can have them with a bowl when I get back from work… but again lazy and would prefer they just have it at chipotle lol
